As a songwriter, inspiration comes from a variety sources - a motivational speaker, a friendly "roast" honoring a particular person, a women's retreat, personal experience or a cause I believe in. Whatever the circumstance, I strive to match the musical style and message to the occasion, relying on my many years of music and life experience and a sensitivity to the purpose of the song.
